Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: [2024-10-23]These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NextTopHire.com platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.1. Service Overview
The Service facilitates connections between recruiters and candidates through anonymous candidate profiles. Recruiters can search for and contact candidates via an anonymous identifier. The Service does not verify or vet candidates beyond the information they provide.
2. Candidate Responsibility
Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide when creating their profile. The Service does not independently verify the information shared by candidates. By using the Service, candidates represent that the information they submit is accurate and not misleading.
3. Recruiter Responsibility
Recruiters agree to use the Service for the sole purpose of identifying potential candidates for legitimate job opportunities. Recruiters must not attempt to circumvent the anonymity of candidate profiles. Once a match is made, recruiters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including interviews, background checks, and any other vetting they deem necessary.
4. No Warranty or Guarantee
The Service provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the suitability, qualifications, or accuracy of candidate profiles. NextTopHire.com disclaims all responsibility for any interactions or agreements made between recruiters and candidates outside of the platform.
5. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextTopHire.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate candidate information, employment decisions, or disputes between candidates and recruiters.
6. Confidentiality and Anonymity
Both candidates and recruiters agree to respect the anonymity of the profiles provided on the platform. Recruiters must not attempt to discover the identity of candidates outside of the platform's processes. Any breach of this anonymity by recruiters may result in termination of their access to the Service.
7. Non-Vetting Policy
The Service does not vet, verify, or conduct background checks on candidates. Recruiters acknowledge and accept that the Service’s role is limited to providing a platform for connecting candidates and recruiters. Any vetting or screening is the sole responsibility of the recruiter once contact is made.
8. No Liability for Mismatches or Employment Disputes
NextTopHire.com takes no responsibility for any disputes, disagreements, or employment decisions that arise after a match is made. The Service's role is limited to facilitating initial contact, and any further communication or employment agreement is solely between the recruiter and candidate.
9. Conflict of Interest and No-Connection List
The Service allows both candidates and recruiters to submit a "No-Connection List," which includes companies, managers, or individuals with whom they do not wish to connect. The Service will attempt to honor these lists to the best of its ability. However, NextTopHire.com is not liable for any unintended matches or contacts that occur despite these lists.
10. Fees and Payments
Candidates may be charged a fee to list and/or maintain their anonymous profile on the platform. Recruiters are charged a fee to connect with candidates. The specific fees and payment terms will be outlined in separate pricing documents or agreements.
11. Termination of Access
NextTopHire.com reserves the right to terminate access to the platform for any recruiter or candidate that violates these Terms, including but not limited to breaches of confidentiality, inappropriate use of the Service, or attempts to circumvent the platform’s processes.
12. Changes to Terms
NextTopHire.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service following changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Referral

  • 3 = 30 days: Get 3 referrals signed up with Candidate Profiles and get 30 days for free.

  • More for More: If all of your referrals sign up with Candidate Profiles, you'll receive an additional 30 days for each group of 3.

  • Limited Time: Once a potential candidate has been linked to a user for referral, they can not be claimed by additional users. So act fast.
